CGIS Lunchtime Talk: Workshop on Approaches to Subjectivity

Workshop on Approaches to Subjectivity

Join us for our first lunchtime talk of the academic year on Approaches to Subjectivity.

In this interactive discussion-led workshop Lyndal Roper (Regius Professor in History) will explore different ways in which, as historians, we can conceptualise and explore subjectivity.

This is the first in a series of fortnightly lunchtime talks in Michaelmas (weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8) to examine critically together the concepts that are at the heart of Oxford History Faculty's Centre for Gender, Identity, and Subjectivity (CGIS).

Sandwiches will be available from just before 1pm. All very welcome!

Tuesday 22 October

1.00-2.30pm

Colin Matthew Room, History Faculty.

All welcome
